n demand for paper consumables, printing and packages. History Yekatit has more than 60 + years of history, which was founded in 1958, by a foreign company during the regime of Emperor Hailesilasie. In 1975 the company was nationalized by the then Ethiopian government. Following the government’s policy change it was privatized and transferred to a private ownership in 2011 when it was merged with Techno Printers (which was established in 2004 by the buyers of The privatized company) leading to the formation of Yekatit Paper Converting PLC (YPC PLC) in 2012 to make it one of the leading companies in the industry among printers and paper converters in Ethiopia. Over the years, continuous investments from the current owners has enhanced the company’s growth and brought many breakthroughs further strengthening its position in the industry. Thanks to the Company’s long history, good reputation, equipped with advanced technologies, professional expertise and ever improved internal processes, YPC is able to oer quality paper printing and packaging services, to cope up with the ever growing needs of our customers.
