Job Summary: The Chief Mechanic is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all coffee washing stations/ coffee processing machines and farm equipment’s. This includes managing the upkeep and repair of vehicles and farm equipment to ensure their optimal functionality and minimize downtime. The position holder will ensure that all machinery, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in excellent working condition, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the farms and washing stations. The Chief Mechanic will also collaborate with farm management to establish and follow timely, efficient maintenance schedules.
