About the Role

PAES Ethiopia is looking for an experienced Executive Program Director to lead its programs, finance, and administration across PAES Ethiopia and its subsidiaries, Hub-Bits and Visionary Solutions. Reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Managing Director, this role ensures programs run efficiently, finances are well-managed, and operations align with PAES Ethiopia’s mission.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee programs, budgets, and financial management to ensure efficiency and impact.
  • Lead and mentor the Program Director and Finance & Admin Head.
  • Build partnerships with donors, government agencies, and private sector partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices in financial and administrative operations.
  •  Monitor program performance and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

· BA degree in Business Administration, Development, Finance, or related fields.Masterss is a plus 

Working Experience

· 10+ years of experience in program management, finance, or leadership roles.

Work Conditions

· Office-based role with some travel to program sites and partner meetings.

Required Skills

· Strong strategic planning, financial oversight, and team leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Experience working with donor-funded programs is a plus.
