🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties listed by Dema Hope Real Estate

• Conduct property showings, site visits, and client consultations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and referral partners

• Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, legal procedures, and property features

• Negotiate deals and prepare sales agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

• Represent the company at real estate expos, networking events, and promotional campaigns

• Maintain CRM records and report weekly sales activities to the Sales Manager
