Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Working Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (preferably in furniture )
Required Skills
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of furniture items and raw materials.
• Transportation Coordination: Arrange delivery schedules, manage drivers, and ensure timely distribution of products.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee storage, loading, and unloading of furniture in warehouses.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Supplier & Customer Communication: Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and customers for delivery updates.
• Cost Control: Track logistics expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities follow company policies and government regulations.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on inventory, deliveries, and logistics performance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and transportation systems.
• Computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems are a plus).
