Job Description

• Follow up and achieving sales Volume based on agreed target.
• Manage company sales and activation materials in and outside of outlets.
• Setting sales target for all sales supervisor.
• Coaching, Monitoring and Evaluating sales person and agent sales team.
• Follow up any competitor activity in the market as pricing, sales strategy, promotional activities, e.t.c.
• Follow up daily and weekly sales activities.
• Ensure distributor operates as per the agreement and report to immediate boss to take disciplinary action for under performance.

Job Requirement

• Degree and diploma in marketing and sales management
• 3 year and above Experience in fast moving consumer goods business or whole sale Distribution Company will be advantageous
• Computer literacy, like word, excel and good coordination skill
