Job Description

The Frankfurt Zoological Society (FZS) is an international conservation organization based in Germany and registered in Ethiopia. FZS focusses on the Bale Mountains, supporting the Ethiopian Government and local communities in conserving Africa’s largest tract of Afroalpine habitat on the continent.

An agreement has been signed between the Ethiopian Wildlife Conservation Authorities (EWCA) as implementing authorityandFZS as the implementing partner in the Bale Mountain National Park (BMNP) for the implementation of the Programme “Conservation and Sustainable Use of Biodiversity” (BMZ ID 2014 67 133) co-financed by KFW Development Bank (KFW) and the Frankfurt Zoological Society (FZS).
