Job Description

• Directing & controlling the work of general service, personnel, safety and security of the building.
• Facilitate the contract to rent out the commercial rooms in the building
• Working towards in achieving the overall annual plan.
• Manage and follow up all the rental process.
• Make sure all clients deposit their monthly rent
• Resolving issues that come from clients
• Manage the activities of the security guard, clener and technician.
• Responsible for devising a mechanism in resolving work grievances in the working environment & have other additional responsibilities.

Job Requirement

• BA Degree in any field
• 4 years and above relevant work experience. Work experience in commercial building or mall is prefferable.
• Good Communication skill
• Good Organizing skill
