- Produce annual HR Operational Plan
- Building a Positive Working Environment
- Responsible for Execution of all people process in employment and business cycle, in line with the policy and legislation-Recruitment, induction.
- Manage and follow through an employee relation cases
- Managing employees demands and grievances
Job Requirement
- Having a minimum of 6 and above years relevant experience as an HR supervision or HR related roles.
- Must have a good knowledge on the labor law of the country and HR practices.
- Having experience on factories.
- Speaking Oromifa has preferably.
- Holding at least bachelor Degree or MA in Human Resource management, Business Administration, leadership or related fields.
