Job Description

  • Execute HR policies & procedures of the company;
  • Follow-up the timely preparation of HR plan of the company; accordingly identify & organize the HR need of the company;
  • Lead the recruitment process of vacant positions of available work streams to be placed at Grade 5 and below,
  • Handle the orientation process of new employee
  • Follow up the timely rating of employee performance & collection of filled employee performance appraisal forms; and accordingly identify & organize the rated performance of employees,
  • Identify & organize the skill/competency gaps of employees; and accordingly identify & organize the training need of employees; and
  • Participate in setting KPI’s, collect & organize data need to HR performance analysis & reporting on a regular basis.

    Specific Responsibilities of the Job Position

  • Manage payroll and all inputs for payroll preparation including effective time management system.
  • Collect & check the completeness of human resource need of business units,
  • Handle all vacancy advertisement for recruitment, selection, hiring, transfer & promotion,
  • Prepare recruitment minutes, along with the hiring manager.
  • Follow-up selected candidate comply recruitment formalities,
  • Handle induction program to recruited staffs,
  • Ensure placement of selected candidate to employee requesting team,
  • Follow-up the performance of hired employee during probation period,
  • Follow-up for a timely employee performance appraisal on a regular basis,
  • Identify employees with performance gap & those needing reward/incentive,
  • Facilitate training to an employee that need improvement.
  • Facilitate training to an employee with high performance to further motivate, follow-up training delivery,
  • Document & file the information organized to identify the competent employee and hence to consider for succession,
  • Prepare her/his own individual plan based on the team's plan by discussing with her/his immediate supervisor,
  • Regularly report her/his performance to her/his immediate supervisor
  • Prepare monthly HR report for the department
  • Perform other similar/related activities whenever instructed by your immediate supervisor

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum of four years’ experience in HR Supervision and Senior Officer role

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of special software, payroll, team management, decision making skill on the scope of the position
  • Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • High interpersonal, communication and team work skill required
