Burka Cups, under BA manufacturing PLC, is a privately owned company established in 2020 in Alemgena-Sebeta, Ethiopia. We are specialized in manufacturing of thermoformed plastic packaging for the diary and beverage industries particularly made from polypropylene. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute employee’s recruitment and selection, promotion and employee’s benefits as per the policies and procedures of the company. 
  • Administers compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety programs.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company’s objectives. 
  • Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. 
  • Advise the General Manager on all policy matters concerning HRmanagement. 
  • Plan and organize workshops to upgrade the skills of the staff of the company. 
  • Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. 
  • Propose revised policy and procedure regarding human resources management. 
  • Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. 
  • Conducts exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination. 
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.  

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in  Human Resource Management and related fields 
  • More than 5 years practical work experience
