Job Description

  • Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the General Services Division including budgeting, purchasing and financial transactions and related activities.
  • Providing a complete General Service’s supervision and support to the highest levels of Company standards and Client requirements, within Health & Safety legislation.
  • Plans, organizes, supervises, and participates in the work of staff assigned to multiple centralized support services such as mail, telephone, central supplies, and civic center permits.
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual budget for the assigned units and monitors expenditures.
  • Coordinates with other key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed and cost in line with customer and business needs.
  • Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures

Job Requirement

  • Minimum degree in any business field
  • 3-5 Years’ experience
  • Microsoft office proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

KNOWLEDGE

  • Clear understanding  of and practice of customer skills
  • General office administration knowledge
