Job Description
Ensure the Required availability for the production process of process automation, Electrical, Instrumentations and computerization systems at the lowest possible cost with good quality and considering both legal and Repi-Willmar regulations. Determine the policy and master plan in the fields of process automation, electrical, Instrumentation and process computerization within the Repi Soap and Detergent PLC in both Repi and Alemgena sites.
Ensure also competent Engineering standard implementation and operation with provision of a support to manufacturing execution systems and projects, doing so in line with corporate guidelines and objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety, and environments are never compromised.
- Have responsibility on planning and implementation of Preventive and reliable maintenances with monitoring of critical parameters, settings, measurements and backups on all E&I related Equipment’s.
- Perform analysis on performance of equipment’s/ machineries
- Support the production team in translation of technical requirements from new product/recipe developments and implementation of these changes via modifications.
- Develop and maintain a database of all factory PA/PI equipment (e.g. settings, sensitivity, parameters, reach etc.)
- Create a safe environment and ensure 5S during all maintenance activities
- Work along with E& I Maintenance Unit Head in preparing training needs analysis and develop training plans accordingly; monitor that training delivers the expected results
- Work on development of automation/Electrical contingency plan (obsoletes management) with getting a support of E&I Maintenance Unit Head
- Specialized support provided on high skill tasks beyond the capability of line technicians.
- Train and assess the performance of shift technicians and automation technicians with regards to solving automation, Electrical issues
- Call-out support provided where necessary to shifts.
- Maintain a good and healthy work environment in the department
- Implement Performance Management System
- All critical spare items identified for critical equipment.
- Critical spares included on material master & updates made as required.
- Audit availability of critical spares on an ad hoc basis.
- Relationships with equipment supplier/ manufacturer support personnel established.
- Supplier updates received and read as they are received.
- Keeps abreast of all relevance latest technology developments and equipment upgrades.
- Manages equipment upgrades to latest technology
- Ensure plant maintenance is carried out respecting safety rules and regulations
- Enforce the use of PPE’s

Job Requirement
- Three to five years in technical operations, one year as a leader
A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or automation engineering is required, as is programming experience. expertise in basic electrical
