Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
- Perform new customer acquisition and exciting customer retention activity;
- Build high-end customer relationship to mobilize deposit, FCY, and bank share capital.
- Perform follow-ups on high-value customer acquisition and retention undertaking;
- Understanding key customer individual needs and developing proposals;
- Engage in high-value customer individual needs and develop proposals;
- Conducting business reviews based on customer relationship program;
Job Requirement
BA in banking & Finance, Marketing& Communication, Accounting and Finance, management, Business administration, or any other related field with 5.5 years of experience in a relevant field, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position in the banking industry.
Place of work: Addis Aaba, Hawassa, Bahir Dar
