The job holder is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and business impact of the Bank's training programs. S/He will ensure that the Bank's training investments are aligned with business goals; deliver measures and assess training outcomes, optimize the training program, and report and communicate the results of the training.
Qualifications & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Pedagogy, and Human Resource Management or related field plus a minimum of ten(10) years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role preferably in the banking sector.
