Job Description

  • General Secretarial Services & Reception activities
  • Managing of Office Mails and Telephones
  • Handling of all Correspondences like Letters, Memorandums & Agreements
  • Assists the Senior Accountant in Managing Petty Cashes to all sister Companies and in controlling purchasing activities
  • Assists the Manager in handling of Administrative Issues, Events & Organizing of documents to Sister Companies
  • Overall Secretarial support and assist in administrative works.
  • Provide assistance in flight bookings & hotel reservation for staff and visitors/guests.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Making arrangements for meetings and in-house workshops.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the Ambassador, Diplomats and Supervisors.

Job Requirement

  • BA in Management or related fields; Diploma in Secretarial Science – at least 4 years’ experience as Executive Secretary; Good command of English language; good skill in understanding managerial duties
