The Bellevue hotel & Spa, Addis Ababa is looking for a Receptionist.  The successful candidate will be responsible for welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel. Their duties include checking guests in and out, issuing keys, and taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and dealing with payments. They provide guests with information answer their queries and deal with complaints.

Job Requirements

• Degree in hotel management, tourism management or similar related area from a well-recognized university or college.
• Minimum of 1 year star hotel or branded hotel Experience.
• Good team player. 
• Excellent written and spoken English and another language would be an advantage.
