Job Description
- Follow up and achieving sales Volume based on agreed target.
- Manage company sales and activation materials in and outside of outlets.
- Setting sales target for all sales supervisor.
- Coaching, Monitoring and Evaluating sales person and agent sales team.
- Follow up any competitor activity in the market as pricing, sales strategy, promotional activities, e.t.c.
- Follow up daily and weekly sales activities.
- Ensure distributor operates as per the agreement and report to immediate boss to take disciplinary action for under performance.
Job Requirements
- Degree and diploma in marketing and sales management
- 3 year and above Experience in fast moving consumer goods business or whole sale Distribution Company will be advantageous
- Computer literacy, like word, excel and good coordination skill
