Job Description
- Provide front office customer service support at the branch
- Handle account management transaction, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transaction and all customer requests at the branch
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration and other Business Related fields
- At least Four years of banking experience
- Understand the basic mechanisms of general financial products and service
- Good knowledge of banks accounting and procedures
- Ability to respond to basic clients enquiries and instruction and the capability of advising resolving most issues and requests
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Good command of Microsoft Vision
