Burka Cups, under BA manufacturing PLC, is a privately owned company established in 2020 in Alemgena-Sebeta, Ethiopia. We are specialized in manufacturing of thermoformed plastic packaging for the diary and beverage industries particularly made from polypropylene. We are proud of providing highly hygienic, superb quality plastic packaging solutions to Ethiopian and East African market. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. 
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. 
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. 
• Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success 
• Conducting promotional activities. 
• Overseeing campaigns on social media. 
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns. 
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms. 
• Performs such other duties as may be required by the superior.  

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration 
• More than 4 years relevant work experience   

 Other Required Skills:

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. 
• Customer service skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
