Job Description
- Responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the General Services Division including budgeting, purchasing and financial transactions and related activities.
- Providing a complete General Service’s supervision and support to the highest levels of Company standards and Client requirements, within Health & Safety legislation.
- Plans, organizes, supervises, and participates in the work of staff assigned to multiple centralized support services such as mail, telephone, central supplies, and civic center permits.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual budget for the assigned units and monitors expenditures.
- Coordinates with other key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed and cost in line with customer and business needs.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedures
Job Requirements
- Minimum degree in any business field
- 3-5 Years’ experience
- Microsoft office proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
KNOWLEDGE
- Clear understanding of and practice of customer skills
- General office administration knowledge
