Job Description
To ensure that there is due compliance to the applicable Laws and Regulations, Policies and Procedures of the bank particularly in relation with contract preparation, contracts and securities registration, insurance coverage, documentation and related tasks
Major Responsibilities
- Make approved financing ready for disbursement
- Gets a mortgage contract registered and collateral properties insured
- Assist the attorney in the preparation of contracts
- Follow-up periodic insurance contract/policy renewals
- Files financing documents provides financing files upon proper request and ensures timely returns
- Update financing if there are change and periodically prune files
- Performing other related duties given by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- BA in Accounting, Management Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics or other business related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years banking experience, of which 2 years in the area of Accounts and Finance.
