- 10 years of relevant experience for MA holders/ 12 years’ experience for BA holders
- Experience of managing more that 200,000 USD budget
- High decision making skill
- Experience of leading grant, program and administrative activities
- Strong analytical skills- good with MS-office and Peachtree accounting
- Proven documentation and English writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in tight deadline
