Job Description
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and service.
- Listen to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process withdrawals and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transaction based on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.
- 1 years of experience in banking operation as a customer service officer.
