The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivate and Coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.
Educational level and work experience: BA in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance / Marketing or Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or other Business related field of study with 6 years work experience in Banking Operations, out of each 2 years supervisory position.
