The Officer responsible to Coordinate and support branches and IFB activities in the District Office. He/she ensures if procedures are adhered regularly and risks are properly managed; motivates and coaches employees responsible for the delivery of high quality service; ensures timely clearance of suspense accounts; monitors the IFB portfolio management and the transaction level risks;
Educational level and work experience: BA degree in Economics/Accounting /Management/Business Administration /Finance and Accounting or Business related field of study with 4 years experience in banking operations of which 2 years in IFB operations area.
