Job Description
Under direction of the Marketing Manager, the Category Manager has the overall responsibilities of to execute brand strategy for one or more key brands/categories through researching, developing, advertising, and promoting the brand in order to create a strong brand that increases profitability, builds customer loyalty, and increase market share for the company.
- Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
- Participates in the development of the company’s long-term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
- Manages and coordinates the production of TV commercials, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, and exhibition stand, road shows to ensure the right message is delivered for their product or service.
- Manages a team of junior staff who may be engaged in branding & promotion activities staff.
- Conduct risk assessment on regular basis in order to ensure safe and healthy working environment to employees
- support the EHS person and the staff association to ensure the working environment is conducive and free of any hazard.

- MBA/BA Degree in Marketing Management or social science field of study Minimum 6 years for BA and 4 years of experience for MBA in related filed of which three years as Marketing Manager
- BA Degree in Marketing Management or social science field of study Minimum 7 years for BA and 5 years of experience for MBA in related filed of which three years as Marketing Manager
- BA / Degree in Marketing Management or social science field of study Minimum 9 years for BA and 7 years of experience for MBA in related filed of which three years as Marketing Manager
