Job Description
The work typically involves:
- Analysis of production processes
- A thorough knowledge of production and logistics flows
- A thorough knowledge of operating systems, networking, hardware, and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills that can explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Assist clients with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to clients.
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- Conduct daily network backup operations.
- The ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements’
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems set up and maintenance.
- 2+ years’ experience on current network operating systems
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
- Basic knowledge of ERP and MES System
- Strong knowledge of Office applications, Power BI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Networking Systems
- Good level of spoken and written English is a must.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
- Experience in manufacturing international environment is a plus.
Preferably the IT analyst should have common certifications for IT technicians:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
