The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the banking activities of a branch officer.S/He ensures that subordinates adhere to operation procedures, rules, regulations, and the bank code of practices. The job holder leader the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/He prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan, and activity and progress reports.
Qualification: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, and Economics plus a minimum of eight(8) years of relevant banking experience of which 3 years in a supervisory position.
