The job holder is responsible for managing the branch's customer service function and ensuring operation excellence to deliver exemplary service for high customer stasificatin levels supporting the Bank's growth.
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing & Economics plus a minimum of 6 years experience with at least 3 years of operational work.
